Here is a list of some of my most frequently asked questions:

Q: How do you ship your cookies?

A: Everything is shipped priority mail no later than the day after they are baked. In most cases, the same day rule applies, but there are times it is unavoidable. Generally, you will have your order within 4 days of payment being received.

Q: Can you ship to a second party address, like as a present for a birthday or holiday?

A: Of course! Just give me the name and address of the person you want it sent to and I'll take care of the rest. I will also include a note telling them it is from you. If you would like a special card enclosed, just check that box on the order form.

Q: Where will you ship?

A: I ship only within the United States at this time....but this includes you in Alaska And Hawaii!

Q: Do you make cookies for special diets?

A: I am sorry, not at this time.

Q: What if I don't like nuts but still want your Southern Sweeties?

A: Just let me know when you order and I will omit the nuts.

There is a known site issue that may prevent you from successfully placing an order.

Norton's 2005 firewall may give you a blank white page after the confirmation of your variety selection. This is a cookie issue (no pun intended). If this happens you either need to disable your firewall, allow cookies from this site or email your order to me. Email orders are gladly accetped :o)
